Returns & Refund Policy

As I’m sure you can understand – since all our products are food or beauty products we cannot accept returns. However, you may be eligible to receive a refund if it meets our criteria below.

You will be able to receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order, if your order arrives damaged, opened or expired. Please send a photo the product you wish to claim a refund for and we will process the refund back to your account. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

If you change your mind on your purchase, you will receive a store credit for the value of the unwanted product.
